De Data Protection Operations Manager (DPOM) staat de directies, diensten, regio's en centra bij in de tenuitvoerlegging van de regels inzake de bescherming van persoonsgegevens. In nauwe samenwerking met de functionaris voor gegevensbescherming (DPO) helpt hij/zij de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke bij de ontwikkeling van een actieplan voor het Agentschap en zorgt hij/zij voor de follow-up daarvan in samenwerking met de directies, diensten, regio's en centra. Hij/zij coördineert het netwerk van contactpersonen en ondersteunt alle collega's die zich bezighouden met concrete handelingen ter uitvoering van de wetgeving inzake de bescherming van persoonsgegevens.

U werkt binnen de algemene directie, onder de administratieve verantwoordelijkheid van de DPO.
**Inhoud**
U begeleidt de medewerkers van Fedasil op een operationele manier bij hun inspanningen om te voldoen aan de normen met betrekking tot de bescherming van persoonsgegevens, met als doel de naleving door het Agentschap van de AVG (GDPR) en andere toepasselijke regelgeving op dit gebied, met inbegrip van bijvoorbeeld de wet inzake gegevensbescherming van 30 juli 2018 en de camerawet van 21 maart 2007.
U draagt bij aan de uitvoering van technische en juridische analyses (met inbegrip van risicoanalyses) met betrekking tot de bescherming van persoonsgegevens in zeer verschillende domeinen (sociaal, medisch, logistiek, human ressources, ICT, communicatie, overheidsopdrachten, enz.). U faciliteert en/of draagt bij aan het opstellen van documenten zoals verwerkingsovereenkomsten en overdrachtsprotocollen, alsmede aan het consolideren van het register van verwerkingsactiviteiten van het Agentschap.
In nauwe samenwerking met de DPO helpt u de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke bij het opstellen van een actieplan voor het Agentschap en zorgt u voor de follow-up daarvan in samenwerking met de directies, diensten, regio's en centra. U coördineert het netwerk van contactpersonen.
U neemt deel aan het informeren en sensibiliseren van collega's binnen het Agentschap en het hele receptienetwerk over het belang en de wettelijke verplichtingen inzake de bescherming van persoonsgegevens.
In nauwe samenwerking met de DPO werkt u mee aan de voortdurende verbetering en ontwikkeling van het beleid, de richtlijnen en de controleregels met betrekking tot de bescherming van persoonsgegevens. U draagt bij tot het leveren van advies en expertise aan de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke van het Agentschap en het personeel op het vlak van de bescherming van persoonsgegevens.
U draagt bij tot de beantwoording van verzoeken betreffende de uitoefening van de rechten door de betrokkenen door de nodige elementen voor de antwoorden voor te bereiden, waarbij u met name contacten onderhoudt met de directies, diensten, regio's en centra die belast zijn met de betrokken gegevensverwerking.
U neemt deel aan het beheer van inbreuken in verband met persoonsgegevens door te zorgen voor de follow-up met de verschillende directies, diensten, regio's en centra (risicobeoordeling, corrigerende maatregelen, informatie aan betrokkenen).
U helpt bij het opstellen en up-to-date houden van de documentatie van het Agentschap betreffende de verwerking van persoonsgegevens.
U volgt de evoluties op het vlak van wetgeving en regelgeving inzake de bescherming van persoonsgegevens.
U onderhoudt, onder het toezicht van de DPO, relaties met collega's van andere instellingen en deelt de strategische lijnen en standpunten van het Agentschap inzake de bescherming van persoonsgegevens.
U geeft bewakingscamera's aan bij de politiediensten.
U vervangt de functionaris voor gegevensbescherming bij zijn/haar afwezigheid voor alle (niet-leidinggevende) activiteiten die niet tot een mogelijk belangenconflict leiden.
