Als Client Executive sta je in **voor het dagelijks beheer** van **maritieme verzekeringspolissen** voor een **internationale portefeuille** van **middelgrote en grote ondernemingen.**
Je zorgt voor de **nauwgezette opvolging** van dossiers die worden geplaatst door ons team van Brokers.
- Je staat klaar om jouw **klanten en verzekeraars** zowel telefonisch als per mail **te woord te staan**. Je verzorgt hierbij tevens de **volledige administratieve opvolging** van hun dossiers.
- Dit omhelst o.a. ook het opmaken van **aanhangels** en **certificaten**.
- Hiernaast verzorg je de **facturatie** en maak je **documentatie** op voor de bank.
- Na ontvangst van de plaatsingsrapporten, maak je de nodige **berekeningen** en sta je in voor de c**orrecte verwerking** in onze **databank**.
**Wat zijn jouw vaardigheden?**
- Je behaalde een **bachelor financiën en verzekeringen** of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Reeds een (eerste) ervaring in maritieme verzekeringen is een troef.
- Je bent **klant
- en servicegericht** en gaat proactief op zoek naar de juiste oplossing voor jouw klant.
- Je bent een **administratieve duizendpoot** en werkt graag accuraat en gestructureerd.
- Je werkt **zelfstandig, probleemoplossend** en kan steeds het **overzicht bewaren.**:
- Je bent **analytisch** en werkt graag met **cijfers**.
- Je bent vlot in het **Nederlands** en **Engels** en je beschikt minstens over een basiskennis Frans.
- Je kan perfect overweg met MS Office en hebt een **goede kennis van Excel**.
