Position: Finance Controller
The Finance Controller at Orange Cyberdefense is responsible for managing financial reports, IFRS compliance, and overall financial performance. This role involves supporting senior management, providing financial advice on strategic matters, budgeting, liquidity forecasts, cash management, and identifying financial trends to enhance the company's financial health.
Responsibilities
- Participate in budgeting processes
- Create a bridge between actuals versus budget, organize monthly follow-up meetings
- Prepare financial reports
- Produce weekly cash forecasts and submit to Group Finance
- Manage year-end closing, support Finance Manager in audit coordination
- Analyze financial results in compliance with IFRS, BE GAAP
- Manage balance accounts, including follow-up on claims and accrued charges
- Submit reports monthly
- Coordinate intercompany invoices with Group Finance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience as a Finance Controller
- Proficiency in English, Dutch, and French
- Accounting skills - IFRS, BE GAAP
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
