Ontstaan in de vorige eeuw, zijn ze al vier generaties lang een gedegen en gezond familiebedrijf dat bekendstaat om zijn heerlijke verse en diepgevroren producten. Als Financial Controller fungeer je als brug tussen finance en de andere afdelingen.
Takenpakket:
Focus op financiële rapportage door het monitoren van zowel financiële als operationele prestaties via maandelijkse verslaglegging. Uitvoeren van interne controleopdrachten en ondersteuning bij kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen, waarbij de analyse van winstgevendheid en identificatie van verbetermogelijkheden centraal staan. Actieve betrokkenheid bij het verfijnen van bestaande KPI's en het regelmatig updaten van dashboards om een optimale samenwerking tussen Finance en Operations te bevorderen. Opvolgen van investeringsbeslissingen, evenals het ontwerpen en implementeren van financiële informatie- en besturingssystemen, waarbij onderzoek wordt gedaan naar actuele business trends en deze worden vertaald naar praktische inzichten. Als lid van het Finance-team werk je in nauwe samenwerking met de financieel directeur en het hoofd boekhouding.Profiel:
Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een financiële richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring (bijvoorbeeld in controlling of audit). Ervaring met ERP, bij voorkeur Business Central; vaardigheden in Excel zijn essentieel. Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een echte teamspeler die als bruggenbouwer kan fungeren tussen Finance en Operations.Aanbod:
