Als infrastructuurbeheerder verdeelt Infrabel de spoorcapaciteit onder de bedrijven die goederen of reizigers via het spoor vervoeren. We bieden ook diverse diensten aan ondernemingen die hun logistieke keten willen optimaliseren of versterken.

In dit kader is het je missie als Head of Customer & Product Management, om de strategie voor Account en Product Management binnen Infrabel te bepalen, deze strategie implementeren en zorgen voor de coördinatie van de activiteiten teneinde de strategische doelstellingen van de organisatie te bereiken.
Hier zijn meer precies je resultaatsgebieden:
- Je ontwikkelt en implementeert de Account Management-strategie, door onder meer de richtlijnen van de organisatie voor het promoten en verkopen te bepalen teneinde de relaties met bestaande klanten te versterken en nieuwe klanten aan te trekken.
- Je ontwikkelt en implementeert de Product Management-strategie, door de richtlijnen te bepalen voor de producten en diensten die door de organisatie worden aangeboden. Je brengt innovatie in de producten die Infrabel aanbiedt. Je verdedigt deze binnen het bedrijf en ten aanzien van de buitenwereld teneinde toegevoegde waarde te bieden aan de klanten.
- Je beheert het geheel van de Account & Product management activiteiten en strategische projecten, je bepaalt prioriteiten, je optimiseert de toewijzing van middelen en resources. Je staat in voor de opvolging en evaluatie. Je verzekert de afstemming tussen de resultaten van je entiteit en die van de organisatie.
- Je stuurt aan en inspireert gemengde en multidisciplinaire teams. Je verzekert de autonomie en de continue ontwikkeling van de kennis, vaardigheden en knowhow van de medewerkers en medewerksters.
- Je ontwikkelt en activeert een netwerk van relaties, je faciliteert de link tussen de stakeholders binnen de directie Customer & Business Excellence (I-CBE), die van de andere entiteiten van Infrabel en de externe klanten teneinde de samenwerking te optimaliseren en aan de behoeften van de klanten te beantwoorden.
- Je ontwikkelt en implementeert een klantencultuur. Je treedt op als "change agent" teneinde de klant voortdurend centraal te stellen in het gedrag van de medewerkers en medewerksters van de organisatie.
- Je ondersteunt een cultuur en organisatie gericht op het nemen van initiatief en de voortdurende verbetering van diensten, procedures, methodologieën, tools en processen.
- Je blijft voortdurend op de hoogte van de evoluties en ontwikkelingen van de activiteiten van de organisatie en haar omgeving. Je bereidt de toekomst voor door het identificeren en ontwikkelen van innoverende concepten, tools en producten. Je positioneert Infrabel als bedrijf dat tot de top behoort binnen zijn domein en als een belangrijke speler in de maatschappij.
**JOUW PROFIEL**:
- Je hebt een uitgebreide ervaring op het vlak van Account & Product Management met grote industriële klanten.
- Je hebt succesvolle ervaring in het beheer van projecten met een brede impact op de organisatie.
- Je hebt ervaring met Change Management en Risk Management in een ingewikkelde context en met stakeholders die soms uiteenlopende doelstellingen hebben.
- Je hebt geslaagde ervaring van een aantal jaren in het people management van grote teams.
- Je hebt een perfecte kennis van het Nederlands of het Frans en een goede, operationele kennis van de andere taal, evenals het Engels.
- Je bent uiterst klantgericht. Je bouwt een langetermijnrelatie uit met de interne en externe klanten en stakeholders.
- Je ontwikkelt proactief en onderhoudt een brede netwerk aan stakeholders, zowel intern als extern.
- Je bent bijzonder resultaatgericht. Je zoekt voortdurend, voor jezelf en voor anderen, naar de beste manier om de doelstellingen te bereiken en zet daarvoor de gepaste middelen in.
- Je creëert en stimuleert een sfeer van vertrouwen, open communicatie, overleg, cohesie, betrokkenheid en consensus.
- Je ontwikkelt een visie op mogelijke toekomstige ontwikkelingen binnen je werkdomein.
- Je begeleidt je medewerkers opdat ze optimaal presteren, doorgroeien in hun functie en hun loopbaankansen verruimen.
- Je identificeert, begrijpt en gaat om met emoties en hun impact op de interpersoonlijke relaties op een gepaste manier.
