Finance and Controlling Manager Manufacturing

We are actively looking for a Finance & Controlling Manager for one of our clients active in the manufacturing of heating and cooling solutions and located in Brussels south.

This family company is today composed of 400 collaborators and has recently acquired a third structure.

Because of an internal promotion, our client is today looking for a Finance & Controlling Manager to handle every aspects of the finance strategy for the 3 entities while keeping an operational side in the function.

As a Finance & Controlling Manager, you will get the chance to supervise, manage and accompany 2 accountants in their day-to-day tasks.

You'll be part of the Managing Team together with the Country Manager & HRBP which means that you'll increase your impact on a daily while getting to see your recommendations in actions.


Function:

You will have a financial controlling and finance business partners role that will include the following responsibilities:

  • Support and manager a small team composed of 2 accountants
  • Prepare and manage the annual budget and forecast
  • Analyze variances and provide solutions to counterbalance them
  • Ensure P&L monthly closing activities
  • Establish and analyze monthly KPIs
  • Handle internal and external audits
  • Financial statements reporting
  • Monthly and yearend statutory accounts

Profile:

  • Degree in Accounting, Business or Financial Management
  • At least 7 years of experience in the controlling sector
  • You are a master in Excel
  • The knowledge of English is necessary. You are a fluent in French and/or Dutch
  • Communicative and sociable, you are able to guide a team with the biggest professionalism while a keeping a close and accessible connections with your collaborators
  • You are analytical and have a good attention to details. Complex analysis are a piece of cake for you
  • You deliver your work with great organization and time management
