**OVER DE FUNCTIE**:
In de functie als Location Manager, ben verantwoordelijk voor alle zaken in en rondom het park. Hierbij kun je denken aan onder meer de resultaten van het park, tevredenheid en veiligheid van onze bezoekers, lokale marketing & sales, park onderhoud, financiële administratie, personeelsbeleid van het park en omgang met verschillende systemen.
**OVER JOUW ROL**:
Als Location Manager draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid en ben je de belangrijkste schakel in het succes van deze vestiging. Je draagt zorg voor een maximale beleving voor de gasten, gastvrijheid staat hoog in het vaandel. Ook implementeer en geef je vorm aan de Strategie en Marketing in jouw park. Je neemt het initiatief bij het vertalen van het marketingbeleid naar lokale marketing, communicatie en promotie. Daarnaast voer je ook administratieve taken uit.
Je bent werkzaam in een sportieve omgeving en je vindt het leuk om een jong team aan te sturen. In jouw rol ben je het directe aanspreekpunt voor het team en draagt zorg dat zij altijd bij de parkleiding terecht kunnen. Je weet de werknemers te coachen, te motiveren en te binden. Daarnaast draag je zorg voor de werving en selectie binnen jouw vestiging. Samen met het management monitor en stuur je de resultaten van jouw vestiging op basis van KPI's.
Als hands-on manager ben je onder andere aan het werk bij de receptie en in de horeca. De algehele schoonmaak, inventarisatie en bevoorrading van de horeca behoren ook tot jouw takenpakket. Daarnaast organiseer je activiteiten, verricht je klein onderhoud, bewaak je de veiligheid van de jumpers en grijp je in bij risicovolle situaties.

Je hebt de dagelijkse leiding en eindverantwoordelijkheid over je vestiging.
-Je stuurt en monitort de resultaten van het park op basis van KPI's.
-Je bent commercieel en ziet omzet maximalisatie als een uitdaging.
-Op drukke momenten werk je actief mee tijdens de service in keuken, bar, zaal, alsook aan het onthaal.
-Als een gedreven people-manager, weet je je team te coachen, te motiveren en te binden
-Je werft nieuwe medewerkers aan.
-Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de lokale marketing, communicatie en promotie en organiseert activiteiten die Jumpsquare nog sterker op de kaart zetten.
-Je onderhoudt contacten met lokale influencers, lokale sportverenigingen en andere lokale partners.
-Je houdt de HRM en financiële administratie van jouw vestiging secuur bij.
-Je bewaakt de veiligheid van de jumpers en grijpt in bij gevaarlijke situaties.
-Je zorgt voor goed lokaal crisismanagement.
**WAT VRAGEN WIJ VAN JOU?**:
- Je bent een echte "hands-on manager" met leidinggevende ervaring (3-5jaar), binnen de leisure, horeca, hospitality of retail sector;
-Je bent commercieel, gedreven, communicatief vaardig en enthousiast;
-Je hebt een helicopterview, werkt efficiënt en gestructureerd en je gaat problemen en uitdagingen niet uit de weg.
Je bent een leider, verzamelt goede mensen om je heen en bouwt een energiek en gemotiveerd team;
-Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel voor jouw zaak: je zorgt dat jouw park op-en-top gerund wordt en je bent de laatste die de lichten uitdoet;
-Gevoel voor het creëren van een ongeëvenaarde klantervaring en een warme, plezierige sfeer: jij maakt van onze gasten fans;
-Je bent gewend in een operationele omgeving te werken en bent niet bang je mouwen op te stropen;
-In deze functie is geen dag hetzelfde, dus flexibiliteit en stressbestendigheid zijn zeer belangrijk.
-Gebeurt er onverhoopt iets in jouw park? Dan sta je stevig genoeg in je schoenen en zorg jij voor een goed lokaal crisismanagement.
-Je werkt standaard van woensdag t.e.m. zondag en je weekend valt op maandag en dinsdag; Je weet dat je moet werken op avonden, weekenden, feestdagen en vakanties.
