**Pour notre client dans le secteur financier basé à Bruxelles, nous recherchons un Data Governance Designer trilingue au plus vite **

**Le Data Governance Designer devra effectuer les missions suivantes**:

- Avec le Data Steward (le responsable final de la donnée), définir les Business Concepts apparaissant sur les cockpits ou utilisés dans les projets IT Data sur base des « data requirements »
- Identifier les master sources
- Positionner les Business Concepts dans la structure du Corporate Data Model
- Gérer les Business Concepts dans l'outil de Data Gouvernance (SAS BDN)
- Assurer la quality du Business Glossary en gérant correctement les statuts et en vérifiant que toutes les données (les méta data) sont bien remplies avec de l'information qualitative et validées par le Data Steward
- Documenter le Business Lineage pour les Business Concepts critiques
- Documenter les contrôles de qualité (Data Quality controls) déjà en place et rassembler le résultat des contrôles de qualités (Data Quality Assessments)
- Identifier les nouveaux contrôles à développer pour s'assurer que toutes les dimensions réglementaires sont couvertes

**Profil souhaité**:

- Expérience significative dans une business line de l'Assurance (par ex. Life, Non-Life, )
- Expérience ou forte affinité avec le domaine data, par exemple expérience en data clients au niveau du reporting, data driven marketing, customer insights & predictive modeling
- Intérêt pour le data management et volonté de relever le défi lié à la problématique de la gestion des données dans un environnement technologique en pleine évolution
- Bonnes aptitudes en communication, capacité de remplir une « fonction de liaison » entre les collaborateurs du business qui parlent un langage fonctionnel et les profils techniques qui communiquent en termes techniques
- Sens de l'initiative
- Orientation résultat, et orientation client
- Bilingue français-néerlandais, avec une bonne connaissance de l ́anglais
- Diplôme universitaire ou expérience équivalente
