- De afdeling Gebouw van KANAL zoekt een verantwoordelijke veiligheid en beveiliging, voor de voorbereiding en exploitatie van de voormalige Citroëngarage aan het IJzerplein in Brussel die wordt omgevormd tot een interdisciplinair museum. Je rapporteert aan de Directrice Gebouw.JOUW TAKEN EN VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN:
- Samen met het team Gebouw en externe verantwoordelijken, bereid je de opening van de hoofdsite m2) van KANAL in het najaar van 2025 voor. Je baseert je op interne en externe studies die reeds ter beschikking zijn en op het toekomstige activiteitenprogramma voor het realiseren van de volgende taken:
- Je geeft advies over het interne en externe veiligheids
- en beveiligingsbeleid in samenwerking met de preventieadviseur en de HR-manager.
- Je brengt behoeften in kaart en structureert ze, je verfijnt het exploitatiemodel en je werkt een actieplan en ad-hoc maatregelen uit.
- Je werkt mee aan het realiseren van risicoanalyses en aan de uitrol van beheer
- en noodprocedures en back-upprocedures.
- Je leidt de uitrol van scenario's en systemen in verband met de toegangscontrole en bewaking in goede banen.
- Je coördineert de overheidsopdrachten voor de gerelateerde diensten.
- Je implementeert de nodige stappen samen met de toegewezen dienstverlener en met de studiebureaus.
- Eens KANAL open is, zie je dagelijks toe op de veiligheid en de beveiliging van de verschillende sites van KANAL en hun omgeving:
- Je stuurt het interne team en de teams van de externe dienstverleners aan.
- Je volgt de verschillende beveiligings
- en alarmsystemen van de locaties op en test ze regelmatig.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat risico's geanalyseerd worden en dat brandveiligheids
- en beveiligingsregels op de juiste manier worden verspreid en toegepast in de ruimtes van KANAL en je houdt toezicht op de naleving van de toegangsprocedures.
- Je zorg ervoor dat het bestek correct wordt toegepast en treedt op als schakel tussen KANAL en de vertegenwoordiger van het onderhoudsbedrijf op de site voor alle beveiligings
- en veiligheidsapparatuur (inbraakbeveiliging en videobescherming) en je brengt verslag uit over de uitgevoerde interventies.
- Je houdt het noodplan, het back-upplan en het veiligheidsregister up to date en je voert reglementaire tests en evacuatieoefeningen uit.
- Je analyseert veiligheids
- en beveiligingsincidenten en volgt ze op.
- Je houdt toezicht op de veiligheid en beveiliging van de sites en hun exploitatie:
- Je staat in voor de veiligheid van het publiek, van de collecties en van de ruimtes (tentoonstellingsruimtes, openbare voorzieningen, technische lokalen, kantoren,...).
- Je komt tussen in het geval van incidenten of ongevallen door de instructies te volgen, je biedt bijstand en verleent eerste hulp.
- Je houdt toezicht op de bezoekersstromen en de wachtrijen volgens de afspraken.
- Je beantwoordt de vragen van de verschillende gebruikers van de locatie (artistieke programma, privé-evenementen, productie,...), je analyseert de risico's, stelt oplossingen voor en implementeert ze.
JOUW PROFIEL
- Je hebt een diploma dat verband houdt met veiligheids
- en beveiligingsmanagement en je hebt 5 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in een grootschalige infrastructuur.
- Je kan bewijzen dat je geen strafblad hebt en dat je de juiste kwalificaties hebt voor de functie.
- Je bent sterk vertrouwd met de veiligheids
- en beveiligingsregels en -procedures van infrastructuur gelinkt aan het onthaal van publiek en houdt dit voortdurend in de gaten.
- Je bent het gewoon om dagelijks teams aan te sturen, intern of via servicecontracten, en bent een echte people manager.
- Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en zin voor initiatief.
- Je bent praktisch ingesteld, snel en flexibel, je kan omgaan met stressvolle situaties, bent zeer klantgericht en hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Je kan werken met de gebruikelijke kantoorsoftware (Word, Excel, Outlook enz.).
- Je bent tweetalig (NL/FR) en begrijpt Engels.
- Je bent het gewoon om volgens flexibele uren te werken en bent bereid om oproepbaar te zijn.
