Loan Kit Operator

Job Mission / Purpose:

The Stryker Loan Kit Operator is responsible for effectively performing any activity related to the end-to-end return and inspection process of customer's kit and consignment.

The Loan Kit Operator is a medical device technical specialist trained in performing medical device inspection processes. The Loan Kit Operator may be required to respond to technical kit related questions from internal customers.

The main objectives are to provide "Best in Class" service to our customers, in shipping complete and well performing kits and ensure the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction and experience to both internal and external customers are achieved.

This includes identifying and supporting continuous improvement efforts and engagement in process improvements to enhance the service to our customers.

This role will embrace teamwork and collaboration, quality performance standards, professionalism and integrity to ensure that results are delivered in accordance with the strategic plans, objectives and customers' contractual agreements.

The Loan Kit Operator, being the expert on process/flow in this area as well in technical product, is expected to support the integration of new inspectors and peers to ensure high level customer's satisfaction.

They will take hour by hour responsibility for ensuring Loan Kits are Inspected and dispatched to customers on time every time.

Key Activities & Responsibilities

• Where needed, perform all assistant kit inspector activities.
• Perform Receipt & inspection of kits daily according to the schedule of outgoing shipments and managing emergencies to prioritize urgent kits and kits that need to go to technical service for technical check.
• Support achievement of all agreed departmental KPIs daily.
• Follow cannibalization and decommission kits to minimize impact on cost and maximize kit rotation.
• Manage open workinprocess orders to guarantee an effective replenishment process, to reduce waiting to completion time as much as possible.
• Follow up promptly on Regulatory Affairs Quality Assurance department requests including product hold requests.
• Physical quality check of both instruments and implants and comparison to configuration documents.
• Generate accurate billing information and pass to Booking Team for invoicing.
• Support investigation of customer complaints/ nonconformances or deviations identified in loan kit shipments.
• Perform inputs via computer interface to machine learning/ automated robotics inspection technology that supports visual instrumentation inspection process.

Education

• Essential_:

High School/ Diploma / GSCE's (or equivalent).

• Desired:_

Further Education i.e. College or University.

Experience

• Essential:_
• Minimum experience
• 2 years previous working experience in logistics/ warehouse environment.
• Must be fluent in English and Dutch (Writing & Speaking).
• Experience of working within a team.
• Experience of working to tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Can demonstrate a High level of problemsolving skills.
• Must be IT literate and efficient in an administrative environment. Well versed in Microsoft Office tools.
• Knowledge of Operations management processes & general logistics.
• Experience of the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, healthcare or other regulated industry.
• Desirable:_
• Previous experience inspecting manufactured goods/ instrumentation gained from within a manufacturing/ logistics process.
• Previous experience conducting dimensional and electrical inspection of subassemblies, final systems assemblies or instrumentation. Prior knowledge of interpreting prints and billofmaterials lists in approving or rejecting inprocess, final assemblies or instrumentation.
• Previous experience using Enterprise Resource Program systems (ERP) in similar role.
