Thales Belgium SA, Belgium competence center of Thales, is a company located on 2 sites, one in Tubize (near Brussels) and the other one in Herstal (near Liège). Thales Belgium, which employs more than 280 collaborators, is specialized in the design, development and supply of critical information systems for customers in the sectors of Defense, Security (including Cyber) and Aerospace.

Project Management Officer (PMO) in Sales and Project Support
Mission:
As Project Management Officer (PMO) you will be accountable for the transversal operational activities of the Thales SIX domain. You will contribute to the project life cycle delivery of the company but also manage and optimize the sales process from capture to project. You will also analyze sales data (quality aspect) and metrics to identify trends and areas of improvement.
You will report to the Head of Project Management Office.
Main responsibilities :
Managing sales data in order to maintain data consistency with Finances (coordinating quotes), Keep track of signature workflow for Order Intake approval, Process improvement related from capture to project, Supporting monthly budget planning activities in line with expected sales/management reporting, Initiate project/opportunity creation including Sharepoint site, Prepare regular communications and news towards B&P community, Support the Head of PMO in resource capacity tracking.Profile :
You have at least 7+ years' experience in a Sales support function and/or a PMO position in an international and technically demanding environment You can master Excel, agility with Microsoft suite (for e.g. Powerpoint, Sharepoint) You have a knowledge in the following activities: CRM, Project Management, Power BI is a plus. You are autonomous and rigorous with analytical skills to interpret sales data (and how to improve process) You have strong oral and written communication skills You are able to work in cross-functional teams and you are a real team-player You are fluent in French (and/or Dutch) + English (mandatory) You are open to work from TubizeAt Thales we provide CAREERS and not only jobs.
