Voor onze klant, expert in diepfunderingstechnieken, gaan wij op zoek naar een Sales Support Officer.
Als Sales Support Officer sta je in voor de administratieve ondersteuning van het team Projecten. Concreet bestaat jouw takenpakket uit:
- Administratieve ondersteuning van de leidinggevenden binnen het team Projecten en de directie
- Organiseren van interne en externe vergaderingen, rekening houdend met diverse agenda's
- Je werkt mee aan de optimalisatie van interne procedures en digitalisatie
- Administratieve opvolging van offertes en commerciële projecten
- Opvolgen van termijnen, prijzen, certificaten, goedkeuringen,
- Je biedt ondersteuning bij evenementen
- Beheren en up-to-date houden van documenten in Share Point
- Je rapporteert aan Head of Projects
- Je beschikt over minstens een eerste werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie
- Uitstekende kennis Nederlands en Frans en een goede kennis Engels
- Je staat graag in contact met klanten
- Je bent organisatorisch sterk en oplossingsgericht
- Goede kennis MS Office
- Je bent discreet, nauwkeurig en stressbestendig
- Beschikken over een bachelor diploma is een plus
- Ervaring binnen de bouwsector of industriële omgeving? Grote troef
Een functie met autonomie en eigen verantwoordelijkheden binnen een organisatie met meer dan een eeuw ervaring, eigen studiebureau en dochterondernemingen in Frankrijk, Nederland en het Verenigd Koninkrijk.
Naast een contract van onbepaalde duur bieden zij een loon aangepast aan jouw ervaring.
Je komt terecht binnen een organisatie met een open bedrijfscultuur, diepgaande opleidingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden. Verder zijn er 300 medewerkers actief binnen België en in Frankrijk en Nederland.
