**Objectieven van de functie**:

- In real time uitwerken en implementeren van kwalitatieve organisatorische oplossingen als gevolg van defecten aan locomotieven of afwezigheid van (Shunting) drivers en de betrokken stakeholders hierover proactief informeren. Werkt onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de Supervisor Fulfilment Antwerpen.
- Realiseren van de treinproductie binnen de toepasselijke reglementering & veiligheidsrichtlijnen. Daarbij steeds zowel op gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit alsook productiviteit de best mogelijke oplossing voorstellen aan de stakeholders (Real Time Planner, LCOC Antwerpen, COC, Sibelit, lokale werkposten en Infrabel). Tijdens de uitvoering van deze activiteiten steeds proactief te werk gaan
- Functioneel verantwoordelijk in real time voor de aansturing van de Shunting drivers en drivers binnen Region North-East.

**Hoofdactiviteiten van de functie**:
Real time organisatie van treindienst & personeel:

- Opvragen en aftoetsen van de te verzekeren diensten en beschikbaar besturingspersoneel (Shunting drivers) in Region North-East

Opvolgen en aanpassen van dienstabel in 3x8 voor drivers als gevolg van korte termijn of real time wijzigingen (als gevolg van ziektes, verlof, extra treinen, afgeschafte treinen, etc.).
- Bij incidenten en ongevallen:

- oproepen wachtdienst en/of api's
- samen met de Supervisor Fulfilment maatregelen nemen om toestand zo snel mogelijk te normaliseren
- aanspreekpunt bij incidenten en deze escaleren naar de bevoegde persoon/instantie
- Overname kerntaken LC inbound in weekends of feestdagen (opvolging bundeltoestanden en treinen aankomst/vertrek.)
- Registreren van ziektemeldingen van Shunting drivers en in real Time vervanging zoeken in overleg met planning

Real time organisatie en beheer van locomotieven:

- Organiseren van het beheer (bv. beschikbaarheid en toewijzing) van de locomotieven. De beschikbare capaciteit en het nodige evenwicht bewaren
- Telematica T77: real time opvolgen toestand locs en bij afwijkingen actie ondernemen (bevoorrading, batterijspanning, ). Indien nodig locomotieven uit omloop halen
- In real time opvolgen, van locomotieven zowel op nationaal als internationaal niveau opvolgen en beheren, eventuele tekorten aanvullen, stations op verantwoordelijkheden wijzen.
- In real time de locomotieven opvolgen wat betreft geplande en correctieve inritten in de ateliers.
- Aansturen vriesdiensten i.o.v. COC

Real Time afstemming met de stakeholders:

- Stakeholders: Supervisors, COC, (shunting) drivers, Real time Planner, Infrabel, tractieverdelers,
- Afstemmen van de belangen van de verschillende actoren betrokken bij de productie in Region North.

Rapporteren van KPI's, onregelmatigheden en incidenten:

- Dagelijkse rapportering volgens vast stramien aan de Manager Fulfilment(onregelmatigheidsverslag)
- Continuous improvement door Top down - bottom up communication en verbeter voorstellen
