About the job
We are seeking a
skilled PR & Event Manager to join this dynamic team in the Automotive industry.
This individual will be responsible for planning and executing innovative and engaging PR campaigns and events that capture the attention of our target audience and enhance the brand image.
The role is broad and covers following areas:
Brand and product Public Relations- You generate awareness and visibility for the new brand and products. You set up a PR roadmap and coordinate further execution.
- You are responsible for the brand in the BeLux market.
- You collaborate with PR agencies to create a fullscope plan and follow up on rollout, including news releases, press conferences, launch events, influencer campaigns.
- You build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry leaders to secure coverage and support for our brand.
- You generate interest for the brand and products towards broader off
- You build stories, create and design PRreleases to tell the brand story and explain the products it sells based on the brand's vision on innovation & technology, sustainability, emotion & design.
- You track and report on the effectiveness of PR and event campaigns, using datadriven insights to optimize future efforts.
Event Management
- You plan and execute highquality events to support brand a Press activity such as product launches, press conferences, dealer meetings, auto shows, and other related events.
- You coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution, including managing budgets, logistics, and timelines.
Crisis Management
- You identify risks, monitor them and address (potential) hot topics in the sector, and related to the brand.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 57 years of experience in PR and event management, preferably in the Automotive industry.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and presentations. This is true in
Dutch, French and English.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry leaders.
