Head of Production
Samengevat ben je als Head of Production op groepsniveau verantwoordelijk voor de verschillende productieprocessen en alle daarbij horende aspecten. Je maakt vooral werk van een zo efficiënt mogelijke, veilige en winstgevende productie binnen zowel als binnen
Je werkt hoofzakelijk voor interne klanten en zal voor specifieke projecten bij grotere klanten ook rechtstreeks het aanspreekpunt zijn. Je stuurt een team aan van zeven direct reports en bepaalt mee hoe je dat team, met in uitbreiding de volledige productie, verder wenst uit te bouwen. Dat alles om te kunnen voldoen aan de mooi-ambitieuze plannen die op tafel liggen
Samen met jouw team bekijk je hoe je zowel tactisch als operationeel de. Centraal staat daarbij voortdurend werk maken van structurele, duurzame oplossingen die gedragen worden door iedereen. Dat alles zonder de dagdagelijkse uitdagingen uit de weg te gaan.
Je bent lid van het directieteam en krijgt op die manier ook effectieve inspraak op de strategische keuzes die de groep maakt. Rapporteren doe je rechtstreeks aan de CEO.
Meer concreet zet je o.a. in op volgende deeltaken en/of verantwoordelijkheden:
- Het team ondersteunen waar mogelijk en de richting aanwijzen waar nodig
- Opzetten van systemen die tot een geoptimaliseerde productieflow leiden
- Plannen en organiseren van de productieschema's
- Opzetten en behalen van de verschillende KPI's over de productieafdelingen heen
- Opleidingsbehoeften voor zowel de organisatie als specifieke teamleden in kaart brengen en voorzien
- Begrotings- en tussentijdse budgetcontroles
- Het analyseren van mogelijke risico's zowel als het opzetten en/of optimaliseren van de nodige risicobeheerssystemen
- Laten naleven van alle wettelijke-, gezondheids- en kwalitatieve vereisten
- Zowel interne als externe audits organiseren
- Het verzamelen en verzorgen van de juiste rapportering, zowel intern als extern
- Communicatie-bevorderende initiatieven opzetten over alle afdelingen die met productie te maken hebben
Profiel
- Je hebt een masterdiploma in industriële wetenschappen, elektromechanica of ingenieurswetenschappen;
- Er is minstens vijf jaar relevante ervaring als leidinggevende in een productieomgeving en dit in een bij voorkeur technisch uitdagende omgeving;
- Bovenal ben je een leider met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en teamgerichtheid;
- Je beschikt over sterke projectmanagementvaardigheden en weet ook onder druk de juiste dingen juist te doen;
- Ervaring met data-analysetools en productiegerichte-IT heb je 'op zak';
- Een gezonde dosis klantgerichtheid heb je van nature;
- Je hebt de nodige flexibiliteit om je aan gewijzigde omstandigheden aan te passen en bent bereid de 'extra mile' te lopen;
- Het Nederlands, Frans en Engels beheers je zowel schriftelijk als mondeling op een professioneel niveau. Aanbod Mogelijkheid tot thuiswerken: 5 dagen
