**De uitdaging**:
Als **Supply Chain Administrator** beheer je de voorraadniveaus van onze producten en zorg je ervoor dat we altijd de juiste hoeveelheid voorraad hebben om aan de vraag van onze klanten te voldoen. Dankzij jouw opvolging leveren we elk project succesvol én op tijd af
Dit staat er wekelijks op jouw to do-lijst:
- Je registreert orders in ons ERP-systeem.
- Je monitort en analyseert de verkoop
- en voorraadinformatie om te bepalen waar er aanvulling nodig is.
- Je plaatst bestellingen bij leveranciers om de voorraad op tijd aan te vullen.
- Je overlegt met leveranciers om ervoor te zorgen dat ze de producten op tijd leveren.
- Je werkt samen met ons salesteam en stemt af of de voorraadniveaus voldoende zijn om aan de vraag van klanten te voldoen.
- Je behandelt mogelijke klachten.
- Je werkt samen met de technische adviseurs voor de aanvragen van specifieke bestellingen.
- Je waakt erover dat de voorraadgegevens nauwkeurig en up-to-date zijn.
- **Wie ben jij?**:
- Je hebt een bachelor in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration of een vergelijkbare opleiding.
- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in voorraadbeheer of een vergelijkbare functie.
- Je bent sterke analytisch en denkt probleemoplossend.
- Jouw hebt sterke communicatieskills en blinkt uit dankzij jouw sociale vaardigheden.
- Je hebt het vermogen om zelfstandig én in teamverband te werken.
- Je bent goed in Microsoft Excel en andere relevante software.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels.
