Als Brand Manager ter ondersteuning van onze Surgical & Vision Care producten wereldwijd, geven we je de verantwoordelijkheid om te werken aan marketinginitiatieven en zul je communicatie voor ons portfolio aansturen. Met een marktleidend productportfolio en een aanzienlijke innovatiepijplijn zijn we op zoek naar een data-savvy marketeer die ons bedrijf de komende jaren vooruit kan helpen
Daarnaast kijk je met een kritische blik naar onze huidige processen en tracht je zo de processen te optimaliseren. Dit gebeurt deels vanuit onze locatie in Mechelen.
In deze functie zal een normale dag uit het volgende bestaan:
- Eigendom van jaarlijkse marketingplannen voor een mix van producten in onze consumenten-, gezondheidszorg
- en optiekportfolio's. Zorg voor afstemming met interne teams voor dit plan, waaronder klantactiviteiten, key account-team, inside sales-team en buitendienstteams
- Het verschaffen van inzichten om strategische afstemming en uitvoering van belangrijke internationale initiatieven te waarborgen; Samenwerken met internationale collega's om best-in-class strategieën en gelokaliseerde uitvoeringsplannen te ontwikkelen
- Lokale marketingactiviteiten uitvoeren, zoals productlanceringen, commerciële en promotieprogramma's, betere verkoopgesprekken en meer, om ervoor te zorgen dat onze verkoopteams de beste kansen hebben om onze klanten tevreden te stellen
- Leid de vraagplanning voor uw merken met het Sales and Operation Planning-team, bewaak de bedrijfsprestaties en pas waar mogelijk de toewijzing van middelen en de bedrijfsstrategie aan
- leiding geven aan de aanpassing en implementatie van het commerciële programma van producten en/of merken en de bedrijfsprestaties bewaken
- Verantwoordelijk voor budgetbeheer, leveranciersverzoeken en samenwerking met bureaus om effectieve en tijdige aanpassing te stimuleren. Uitgaven beheren en commerciële programma's aansturen
- Met de steun van het team bouwt het bruggen met klanten om te begrijpen hoe we hun behoeften beter kunnen helpen en ondersteunen, niet alleen die van onszelf
WAT JIJ AAN ALCON TOEVOEGT
- 4+ jaar aantoonbare ervaring in marketing en brand management (B2B en B2B2C nuttig)
- Kijkt naar het grote geheel met een strategische, innovatieve en creatieve mindset
- Professioneel niveau van de Nederlandse, Engelse en Franse taal (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk)
- Gevorderd in analytische vaardigheden in staat om gezonde bedrijfsstrategieën te maken door zowel interne als externe gegevensbronnen te interpreteren (IQVIA, Nielsen, GFK...)
