Als Process Coördinator kom je (voltijds) te werken op ons kantoor in Lokeren en word je onderdeel van ons material management team. Samen met jouw collega's zorg je voor een nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging zodat werkkledij tijdig bij onze klanten geraakt. En daar komt een hoop bij kijken Het totale team bestaat uit +10 mensen (material management, backoffice en klantimplementaties) en je rapporteert aan de Business Implementation Manager.
- Je volgt openstaande bestellingen proactief op;
- Samen met jouw collega's zorg je voor de opvolging van de uitlevering van nieuwe klanten en heruistrustingen;
- Indien nieuwe transporten moeten gepland worden, weet je je weg hierin te vinden;
- Je hebt nauw contact met collega's van andere afdelingen, onze kantoren in Polen en Duitsland en met leverancies om alles in goede banen te begeleiden;
- Proactief kijk je ook de voorraden na voor klant specifieke artikelen;
- Algemene administratieve taken.

- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels en hebt ook goede kennis van het Frans;
- Je weet computersystemen snel eigen te maken.
