Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services.
Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.Job Requirements:
Experience:
- A minimum of three years of achievementoriented sales experience with Nobel Biocare or equivalent experience with a direct competitor, or a minimum of four years in achievementoriented sales, preferably in the medical device field.
Competences and Critical Success Factors:
- Strong communication and selling skills.
- Strong organization and planning capabilities (business planning, sales planning, forecasting, etc).
- Coldcall and prospecting capabilities.
- Strong problemsolving attitude.
- Able to work well with peers and across functions.
- Intermediate computer skills (Office package, iPad / tablet and any other company communication tools).
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to independently plan and organize the activities of the territory based on the manager's direction, market requirements and customer needs.
- Proficiency in English is strongly preferred.
- Experience in using a CRM system is strongly preferred.
- Able to lead by example.
- Digital minded and experience with clinical planning softwares
- Dental Prosthetic Experience
- Able to understand, explain and support digital workflows in dental practices
