Als Capacity Coordinator van de cel I-CBE.322. voer je volgende taken uit :
Je behandelt de commerciële rijpadaanvragen ingediend door de kandidaten voor de "ad hoc" aanpassingen aan de treindienst. Je zorgt ervoor dat de capaciteit die wordt toegewezen: op een evenwichtige en niet-discriminerende wijze tot stand komt in overeenstemming met: de Europese richtlijnen en de omzetting ervan naar het Belgische recht. de interne reglementering en procedures (ISO-9001 gecertificeerd). de opgelegde deadlines voor de verwerking ervan. geen conflicten veroorzaakt met reeds toegekende capaciteit voor de treindienst en/of werken. zoveel mogelijk beantwoordt aan de commerciële en operationele behoefte van de kandidaten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een goede harmonisatie van de internationale capaciteit met de buitenlandse infrastructuurbeheerders. Je staat in voor de opmaak en de publicatie van alternatieve transportplannen in het kader van een incident, minimum-dienstverlening, bepaalde klimatologische omstandigheden, ... In dergelijke gevallen kan het noodzakelijk zijn dat op zaterdag, zon- en feestdagen prestaties worden opgesteld. Je zorgt voor de invoer van de nodige gegevens in de capaciteitsbeheerprogramma's. Je onderneemt onmiddellijk actie bij dringende vragen van kandidaten en behandelt iedere vraag met het nodige professionalisme. Je werkt nauw samen met de operationele directies, de medewerkers van I-CBE.3 en de kandidaten.JOUW PROFIEL
Je bent houder van een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring: eerste ervaring van minstens 3 jaar in een administratieve omgeving waar de ontwikkeling en het beheer van een planning belangrijk is (bv. Logistiek, verkeer, production planning, . Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office. Je kan goed analyseren en een oordeel vormen op basis van gegevens. Je neemt initiatief. Je communiceert vlot en houdt van samenwerken. Plannen en organiseren is je tweede natuur Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Je beheerst de andere landstaal of je bent bereid je kennis van de andere taal op korte tijd bij te schaven.Infrabel wil de maatschappelijke diversiteit weerspiegeld zien in haar medewerkers.
