Het gemeentebestuur van Anderlecht telt niet minder dan 1700 personeelsleden die zich dagelijks ten dienste van de Anderlechtse burger inzetten: openbare werken, netheid, loketten,...
Zijn rol bestaat niet alleen uit het onthaal van elke burger, maar ook uit het onderhouden en herstellen van de straten en de leefomgeving van de Anderlechtenaren, het aanbieden van een kwalitatieve infrastructuur en dienstverlening, en het stimuleren van economische ontwikkeling.

Het gemeentebestuur van Anderlecht telt verschillende sites, die over het volledige grondgebied van de gemeente verspreid zijn. Het gemeentehuis van Anderlecht bevindt zich op het Raadsplein: hier vinden de vergaderingen van de gemeenteraad en het college plaats en worden huwelijken voltrokken.

**Werkomgeving**:
Het Algemeen Secretariaat is een transversale dienst die tot taak heeft de departementen te ondersteunen die rechtstreekse diensten verlenen aan de burgers van Anderlecht.
**Algemene opdracht**:
De gemeente Anderlecht wil werken aan haar digitale communicatie naar de burgers, de gebruikers van de sociale netwerken en de werknemers van het bestuur toe.
Deze communicatie kan verschillende soorten content omvatten. Daarom moet een community manager worden aangeworven die tot taak heeft de internetgebruikers via sociale netwerken rond gemeenschappelijke interesses te verenigen.
**Kerntaken**:
- De onlinecommunity structureren, uitbouwen en levendig houden
- Fungeren als interface tussen de gemeente en de webcommunity; terugkoppelen naar het Communicatieteam.
- Een digitale communicatiestrategie uitwerken in samenwerking met het Communicatieteam.
- De zichtbaarheid van de gemeente op internet en sociale netwerken verbeteren.
- Toezien op de kwaliteit van de reacties, de regels van de community handhaven
- Verschillende soorten content uitwerken: artikels schrijven, grafische creaties, foto's, video's, interviews,...
- Relevante content maken voor interne communicatie
- Toezien op de redactionele samenhang van de website van de gemeente
- De activiteitensectoren van de gemeente en de nieuwe trends op het web in de gaten houden.

ANALYSEREN: Je identificeert, bestudeert en behandelt de verschillende elementen van een situatie kritisch om de context / dynamiek / logische verbanden te begrijpen, om verduidelijking te geven of zelfs aanbevelingen te doen.
JE EIGEN WERK STRUCTUREREN: Je bepaalt en organiseert op coherente wijze de prioriteiten en stappen die nodig zijn om je doelstellingen en/of activiteiten te bereiken.
LUISTERVAARDIG EN COMMUNICATIEF ZIJN: Je kan een boodschap zo overbrengen dat de gesprekspartner deze begrijpt.
ZICH AANPASSEN: Je past je gedrag en werkwijze aan in functie van de context en de personen teneinde efficiënt te werk te gaan.
**Technische competenties**:
- Technische vaardigheden: Master in communicatie;
- Onberispelijke spelling en zinsbouw
- Mondelinge uitdrukkingstechnieken: zich helder kunnen uitdrukken
- Intellectuele nieuwsgierigheid en goede algemene kennis
- Beheersing van communicatiemiddelen en sociale netwerken (communicatieplannen, imago van de gemeente op sociale netwerken)
- Een contentmaker zijn: creëren van stories en korte video's, opstellen van persberichten (back-up van de persattaché)
- Creatief zijn en zin voor initiatief hebben
- Bureauticatoepassingen: Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Adobe
- Talen: Frans, Nederlands
**Toelatingsvoorwaarden**:
- Masterdiploma
- Tweetalig Nederlands
- Frans (het bezit van het Selor taalbrevet is een troef
