Pour notre nouvelle usine de production biologique multiproduits, nous recrutons un **Compliance Specialist InfleXio **qui soit enthousiaste d'être un pilier de ce démarrage. La fonction est basée sur notre campus de Braine-L'Alleud, Belgique.

La mission du **Compliance Specialist InfleXio**:

- S'assurer que les activités de production et leurs documentations sont effectuées selon les normes cGMP et EHS
- Agir en tant qu'expert pour insuffler une culture cGMP et EHS
- Coordonner / développer les formations et assurer la formation des activités transverses
- Participer à la mise en place des zones de production
- Participer aux activités nécessaires au démarrage de la production
- Prendre en charge le processus d'amélioration continue et l'appliquer en production

Vous allez rejoindre une équipe motivée, dynamique et hautement polyvalente de 3 personnes et interagir avec plusieurs départements tels que la Production, la Qualité, l'Engineering, le C&V, l'Automation, la Logistique, l'Opérationnel Excellence, l'IT, les Utilités et le MSAT. L'agilité et la tenacité seront vos facteurs clés de succès

Vos principales tâches seront de:

- Mettre en place et utiliser les méthodes nécessaires au suivi et à la résolution des problèmes de non-compliance ou HSE et mettre en place les plans d'action associés
- Revoir et garantir la bonne compliance des batch records en fin de production et des déviations associées
- Rédiger et mettre à jour les procédures compliance et HSE, coordonner la création et la mise à jour des batch records et des procédures de la zone
- Être présent en zone de production, effectuer des visites terrain (Gemba), spot checks & Housekeeping et mettre en place des actions correctives ou des améliorations continue
- Créer, suivre et communiquer les KCI & KPI liés au GMP/HSE/Training, ainsi que le suivi des déviations, investigations, CAPA et changements
- Prendre part et gérer des préparations d'audits & inspections
- Mettre en place le processus d'amélioration continue en zone de production et le suivi des équipes sur le plan opérationnel excellence
- Créer, attribuer et suivre les plans de formations des équipes. Tenir à jour la matrice de formation. S'assurer du statut formé des équipes.

**Profil**:
**Intéressé.e ? Pour ce poste, vous devez posséder la formation, l'expérience et les compétences suivantes:
- Expérience obligatoire en production biotech, GMP et maitrise des réglementations pharma
- Expérience en compliance associée à la production
- Excellentes compétences en tant que coach et formateur
- Expertise d'excellence opérationnelle
- Connaissance des concepts de prévention et de bien-être
- Faire preuve d'un très bon esprit d'équipe
- Savoir se montrer autonome et pro-actif
- Habilité à challenger positivement et argumenter
- Prise de décision et responsabilité à son niveau
