What will be your role?

As a Medical Assistant, you will join the Medical team and be responsible for various aspects of compliance and pharmaceutical activities. This includes monitoring files related to scientific activities and collecting all necessary data for the annual publication of data transfers. Additionally, you will be involved in approving promotional materials and archiving and monitoring pharmacovigilance and medical issues.
Moreover, you will be tasked with translating presentations and documents related to pharmacovigilance and compliance into Dutch, French, and English.

We are looking for a part-time (60%) Medical Assistant in the Diegem region for an international Pharma company.

What are we looking for?

  • As a Medical Assistant, you must be able to express yourself fluently in Dutch and French, and have a good command of English.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Our Medical Assistants work with precision and structure, and are proactive.
