Responsibilities:
- ALD Fleet Management is the only supplier working with customers who have agreed to entrust their entire fleet and its management to ALD Automotive.
- Our Fleet Consultants manage all aspects of our customers' fleets as if they were part of the company.
- As Fleet Management Support, you will work closely with the Fleet Consultants and help them manage the multiple requests, proactively and qualitatively, as required.
- In your role, your tasks will be very diverse, from preparing quotes, ordering vehicles, ordering fuel cards, driver changes, etc.
- You are flexible and reliable and will contribute to the improvement of tasks and procedures.
- You enjoy working in a team, helping others and learning.
Must-have requirements:
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in economics, marketing or communications.
- You have 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar internal support function.
- Proactive and efficient communication in Dutch and French, good listening skills and a commercial attitude are in your genes.
- You can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You complete them accurately with the right priority.
- You have the necessary experience with software tools such as Outlook and Excel.
