Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with especially the Workforce Manager, on specific initiatives with the Process Excellence Manager and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and datadriven improvements.
  • Develop and implement automation solutions for repetitive tasks using tools such as Excel macros, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing reporting capabilities, including Power BI dashboards and Excel reports, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data presentation.
  • Serve as a backup for reporting responsibilities, including generating, analyzing, and distributing reports as needed.
  • Continuously evaluate existing processes to identify areas for optimization and automation, striving for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the development and maintenance of PowerApps for process automation and data collection, leveraging knowledge and skills in app development.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand their automation needs and provide timely solutions to improve workflows and productivity.
  • Conduct data analysis to derive actionable insights, identify trends, and support datadriven decisionmaking processes.
  • Document automation processes, best practices, and data analysis methodologies to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain standards.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and automation tools.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate insights effectively
  • Experience or familiarity with PowerApps development is a plus.
  • Thrive on implementing automation solutions and improving processes.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Passion for leveraging technology to drive efficiency and improve business outcomes.
