**Data Manager aux Mutualités Libres**: votre vocation ?

Vous êtes prêt à devenir notre nouveau Data Manager ? Dans ce rôle, vous faites le lien entre une Business Unit (BU) spécifique et l'équipe « Business Intelligence ». Vous rassemblez, définissez, validez et formalisez les besoins en matière de reporting et participez à l'évolution de l'environnement BI pour votre Business Unit.

**Tâches**:
Etre le point contact de la BU pour tout ce qui concerne les données, rapports, KPI faisant l'objet d'un traitement au sein de l'équipe Business & Data Intelligence (BDI)

Rassembler, analyser, structurer et formaliser les besoins/demandes de la BU

Participer à la définition des modèles de données à mettre à disposition des utilisateurs

Documenter et alimenter les sources de données pour sa BU

Veiller à la qualité des données relatives à sa BU

Formuler des propositions d'amélioration et/ou d'évolution de l'environnement BDI en termes de données, outils ou méthodes

Définir les règles d'obsolescence des données et mettre en place les mécanismes d'archivage

Participer activement à la vie de la communauté BI au sein des Mutualités Libres

Fournir une assistance aux utilisateurs concernant les différents outils BI et produire les rapports attendus

Vous êtes en outre fréquemment en contact avec des partenaires externes, comme l'INAMI, le CIN, l'IMA, etc. Vous traitez également avec des partenaires internes : directions opérationnelles, experts, analystes, développeurs, project managers.

Vous êtes bon dans les relations interpersonnelles, la communication, la négociation et le travail d'équipe et vous vous sentez responsable de la satisfaction de vos clients.

**Nous attendons également**:
Bachelor ou Master - de préférence dans une filière informatique

Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction de data analyst, data manager ou similaire

Excellente maîtrise des modèles de données et des règles métier

Connaissance du marché en termes de gestion de données et de Business Intelligence en général

**Maîtrise des outils BI**: bases de données relationnelles, Tableau, SQL, Data Warehouse

Connaissances de pratiques liées à la gestion de projet

Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français ou le néerlandais et avez une très bonne connaissance de la seconde langue, une connaissance passive de l'anglais est également attendue.
