ACB GROUP is de grootste verdeler van Volvo personenwagens op de Belgische markt met een aanwezigheid in het Vlaamse Gewest (Zaventem en Vilvoorde), het Waalse Gewest (Waver) en het Brusselse Gewest (Delta, Oudergem).

Sinds 2022 heeft de groep zijn activiteiten gediversifieerd door de opening van een high-end fietsenwinkel in Overijse en een experience center in Delta. Met een dynamisch team van meer dan honderdtal medewerkers en de doelstelling om meer dan 2.500 nieuwe wagens en 500 fietsen per jaar en andere middelen van zachte mobiliteit te verkopen, is de groep op zoek naar een gemotiveerde **Customer Experience Specialist** voor onze vestiging te **Zaventem**.

Als je geïnteresseerd bent in de automobielsector en meer bepaald in het merk VOLVO, als je ook geïnteresseerd bent in de verkoop van soft mobiliteiten oplossingen (fietsen, scooters, cargofietsen, enz.) en deze bovendien al regelmatig gebruikt, als je nieuwsgierig bent, als je graag experimenteert en nieuwe technologieën en oplossingen test, dan is deze functie zeker iets voor jou

**Jouw rol**:
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de professionele ontvangst van elke klant in de showroom.
Je beoordeelt de behoeften van de klant, geeft informatie over de auto/fiets/scooter en zorgt voor een professionele overdracht aan het verkoopsteam.
- Met je diepgaande productkennis, demonstreer je de producten.
- Het uiterlijk van de zaak is jouw verantwoordelijkheid. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle elementen van de showroom (prijsaanduiding, assortiment accessoires) op een aantrekkelijke en correcte manier worden getoond.
- Je biedt de klanten een proefrit aan en je zorgt voor de bijbehorende administratieve regelingen.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de levering van de voertuigen of fietsen zo professioneel mogelijk en tot volle tevredenheid van de klant wordt uitgevoerd.

**Uw profiel**
- Je bent gepassioneerd door auto's en fietsen, je bent geïnteresseerd in technologie en nieuwe mobiliteitsoplossingen.
- Je bent een nieuwsgierige, enthousiaste en bereidwillige collega die het team helpt in het verkoopproces.
- Je bent een goede communicator, klantgericht, vriendelijk en empathisch van aard.
- Je bent flexibel en past zich snel aan nieuwe contexten aan.
- Je bent liever houder van een bachelordiploma of beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring in een commerciële ondersteunende functie.
- Je bent bij voorkeur tweetalig (FR/NL) met een goede operationele kennis van het Engels.
- Je bent vertrouwd met de MS OFFICE 365 suite en bent een "digital native" die in staat is om commerciële inhoud te produceren en te communiceren op onze website, sociale netwerken, enz. waardoor deze "de tweede vitrine" van onze showroom zijn; alsmede om er een communicatiekanaal met jouw klanten van te maken.
