YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Specifically, your job as a Customer Support Specialist includes:

  • Ensures the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams
  • Coordinates appropriate solution for customer requests
  • Proactively informs customers about issue status based on inputs and clarifies any questions
  • Tracks regular target performance and provides results to management
  • Performs complex administrative activities and takes responsibility for delivering specific department process/programs

WHAT IS YOUR ADDED VALUE?

The ideal Customer Support Specialist has/is:

  • 5 years of customer contact experience
  • Strong experience in working with SAP (PS, SD, SC, MM)
  • Energy Industry experience would be an asset
  • 2+ years of work experience in an administrative support role is preferred
  • Good proficiency of Dutch and English is mandatory
