Vous êtes prêt à devenir notre nouvel Transformation Manager ? Au sein de notre équipe Change & Transformation nous cherchons un nouveau collègue qui propose, élabore implémente des trajets de transformation pour notre organisation.

Vos responsabilités principales

Vous identifiez des opportunités d'amélioration, au niveau du service client, de la stabilisation de la qualité, de la réduction des coûts, de l'optimisation des processus, de l'anticipation des risques, etc., visant à renforcer le rôle des Mutualité Libres dans le secteur des soins et du bien-être.

Vous réalisez des analyses d'impact en collectant des informations quantitatives et qualitatives. Vous établissez de recommandations que vous présentez avec brio à notre management.

Vous traduisez les transformations envisagées en initiatives concrètes pour lesquelles vous définissez une approche d'implémentation. Vous mettez en place une collaboration fluide avec les équipes concernés afin de réaliser le trajet.

Vous accompagnez les sponsors et les acteurs clés pour que chacun comprenne et assume son rôle. Vous déterminez les facteurs de succès avec les publics cibles afin que l'implémentation puisse se dérouler de manière fluide et transparente.

Vous définissez et structurez une approche pour accompagner le changement, intégrant les ingrédients du changement tels que la communication, la formation, la documentation, le coaching, les processus & outils, pour former une approche gagnante qui permet d'atteindre un changement durable.

Profil

Vous êtes doté d'un esprit d'analyse aiguisé et vous avez le nez pour identifier les opportunités d'améliorations. Vous êtes capables d'élaborer une vision, mais vous n'hésitez pas à retrousser vos manches durant l'implémentation. Vous expliquez des sujets complexes de manière simple et vous dégagez une énergie positive lors d'une présentation ou de l'animation d'ateliers. Vous traitez correctement les données confidentielles et vous êtes diplomate.

Un diplôme de master

Une expérience professionnelle de 10 ans minimum

Une expérience probante dans un programme de transformation (implémentation Lean/Excellence Opérationnelle, implémentation Scaled Agile/Scrum, évolution de culture d'entreprise,...)

Une expertise en change management (ADKAR), compétences en animation de workshops

Une parfaite maîtrise du néerlandais et du français, avec une connaissance de base de l'anglais

Une connaissance des outils bureautiques et de la suite Office en particulier

Une expérience professionnelle dans le secteur des soins de santé ou de l'assurance est un atout mais n'est pas indispensable.
