Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Fungeren als het primaire aanspreekpunt tussen onze gewaardeerde klanten en diverse transportfirma's.
- Onderhouden van nauwe communicatie met verschillende transportpartners om eventuele problemen aan te pakken en belangrijke KPI's te delen.
- Efficiënt verwerken van gegevens in het klantsysteem om een vlotte operationele gang van zaken te waarborgen.
- Klanttevredenheid staat voorop in al je acties.
- Actief bijdragen aan de planning van klanten en ervoor zorgen dat alles gestroomlijnd verloopt.
**Votre profil**:
- Je hebt al enige administratieve ervaring opgedaan en bent klaar voor de volgende uitdaging.
- Een administratieve duizendpoot met een hands-on mentaliteit die gedreven is om resultaten te behalen.
- Nauwkeurigheid en precisie zijn jouw tweede natuur.
- Zelfstandig, probleemoplossend vermogen en klantgericht zijn kernkwaliteiten die je bezit.
- Vloeiende communicatie in zowel Nederlands als Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk (kennis van andere talen is een pluspunt).
- Uitstekende stressbestendigheid en een onwrikbare focus op service.
- Bekwaamheid in het werken met Microsoft Office-pakketten.
