Als Country Manager bij SLY breng jij onze duurzame organisatie naar een hoger level en zorg je voor grote impact op de energietransitie. In deze rol pak je de verantwoordelijkheid over het verder uitbouwen van ons zonne-energie business in België, met focus op het commerciële en het operationele. We zijn in België actief op de particulieren markt en ons doel is om jaarlijks bij duizenden huishoudens en bedrijven zonnepanelen, laadpalen en thuisbatterijen te installeren.

**Over de rol Country Manager Belgium**:
We groeien zowel in België als internationaal hard en daarom zoeken we een powershifter die met ons meebouwt en verantwoordelijkheid pakt over de operatie in België. Ons hoofdkantoor zit in Groningen, Nederland. De lijnen zijn kort en we werken nauw samen met elkaar. Als Country Manager zorg je dat ons operatie in België goed functioneert, dat de doelstellingen behaald worden en dat wij verder excelleren met onze solar business. Het neerzetten van de KPIs, analyses doen, en zorgen dat we het optimale uit de Belgische markt halen is jouw verantwoordelijkheid. Je creëert de juiste voorwaarden om als organisatie de doelstellingen te kunnen halen. Jij stuurt de collegas in Antwerpen aan en zorgt voor de continuïteit en explosieve groei in België. Je werkt zelfstandig en legt verantwoording af aan Management Board.

**Dit ga je doen**:

- Het behalen van bedrijfsdoelen;
- Ontwikkeling en implementatie van een succesvolle strategie voor de Belgische markt in lijn met de doelstellingen van SLY;
- Overdragen en aanpassen van de groepsnormen en doelen aan de lokale omgeving;
- Beheer van de ontwikkeling van belangrijke zakelijke kansen voor PV-projecten en het stellen van doelen en prioriteiten voor het team;
- Opzetten van nieuwe partnerships;
- Aansturen, managen en ontwikkelen van het team;
- Planning van budgetten en middelen voor het bedrijf;
- Maken en presenteren van statusrapporten voor het hoofdkantoor;
- Toezicht op naleving van beleid en normen.

Voor deze rol moet je aantoonbare ervaring hebben in het geven van commercieel leiderschap binnen een verkoop gedreven organisatie. Ervaring in de (zonne-) energie industrie is een grote wens van ons.

Daarnaast beschik je over het volgende:

- Minimaal afgeronde HBO/Bachelor op commercieel, bedrijfskundig, of technisch gebied
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een sales gedreven omgeving
- Ervaring en kennis binnen de Belgische duurzame energiesector
- Relevante ervaring met teamleiderschap
- Bewezen vermogen om een sales organisatie succesvol neer te zetten
- Hoge mate van initiatief en assertiviteit
- Sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, sterke coördinatie
- en beïnvloedingsvaardigheden
- Hands-on mentaliteit
- Onafhankelijke en betrouwbare manier van werken
- Uitstekende digitale vaardigheden (CRM, Excel, enz.)
- Vloeiend in Vlaams, en doordat we internationaal actief zijn, ook in Engels
