BROOD, een bakkerij gespecialiseerd in 100% natuurlijke zuurdesemproducten, zoekt een Manager & Operations Manager M/V/X om het team te vervolledigen en de Manager bij te staan in haar dagelijkse taken.
Deze polyvalente functie omvat verschillende en gevarieerde taken binnen de bakkerij (gelegen in Ukkel).
**OPERATIONEEL**:
- Beheer van de verkoopbalie
- Organisatie & optimalisatie van de toonbank
- Beheer van leveringen
**HR**:
- Studentenbeheer; opleiding studenten, planning, loonbrieven, aanwerving
**ADMIN**:
- Boekhouding (halfjaarlijks)
- Beheer van verschillende personeelscontracten (halfjaarlijks)
- Facturen & opvolgen B2B betalingen (maandelijks)
**SOCIAL NETWORKS (Instagram)**:
- DM-beheer (vragen, bestellingen)
- Samenwerkingen
- Berichten & verhalen
- Foto's
Deze polyvalente functie omvat verschillende en gevarieerde taken binnen de bakkerij (gelegen in Ukkel).
Je bent ;
- Veelzijdig & flexibel (in staat om in het begin in het weekend beschikbaar te zijn)
- Tweetalig (FR & NL)
- Goed oog voor detail en klantenservice
- Hebt een goede kennis van Instagram content management
- Onmiddellijk beschikbaar en op lange termijn
- Ervaring in een soortgelijke rol is gewaardeerd, maar is niet verplicht
