**Wat zoeken we?**

We zijn op zoek naar een **Customer Success Manager**, de belangrijkste contactpersoon van onze klanten. Je bent het visitekaartje van ons bedrijf en haalt energie uit het helpen van onze klanten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

- Het proactief onderhouden van de relaties tussen Becosoft en de klanten en hierin polsen naar de algemene klantentevredenheid
- Het behandelen en opvolgen van vragen en escalaties
- Het geven van trainingen intern en extern over onze software platformen
- Coördinatie bij het oplossen van eventuele problemen
- Je detecteert nieuwe noden bij onze klanten en betrekt hierin de juiste collega's

**Functievereisten**
- Bachelor of master diploma
- Minimum 3 jaar ervaring
- Perfecte kennis NL
- Goede kennis van SQL/Excel
- Affiniteit met retail en/of wholesale
- Assertief & communicatief
- Sterk organisatievermogen
