**Verantwoordelijkheden**

Een **Project Manager** bij speos is verantwoordelijk voor de volledige levenscyclus van een project volgens de opleveringsmethodologie (waterval of agile). Dit betekent dat hij/zij verantwoordelijk is voor het verzamelen van de vereisten van de klant (via workshops), het opvolgen van de ontwikkeling, het opvolgen van het testen en het coördineren van de teams tot het project live gaat.

De rol van **Solution Architect** bestaat uit het begrijpen van de vereisten en deze opnemen in een functionele beschrijving van het project, zodat ze kunnen worden gevalideerd door de klant en interne partijen.

Als **Solution Architect / Project Manager** ben je verantwoordleijk voor:

- Het organiseren van workshops met de klant om hun verwachtingen/behoeften te identificeren;
- Analyseren en beschrijven van de oplossing om hieraan te voldoen;
- Je project presenteren en oplossingen bespreken met de verschillende interne partijen (IT en niet-IT);
- Je project planning up to date houden. Dit betekent dat je de voortgang van je project moet bewaken, terwijl je een nauwe relatie met de klant onderhoudt om de behoeften te identificeren en een project van hoge kwaliteit af te leveren;
- Adviseren over de duur, het budget en de scope van je project;
- Deelnemen aan interne vergaderingen om de kwaliteit, duur en productiviteit van speos-projecten voortdurend te verbeteren;
- Werken aan individuele en team jaarlijkse doelstellingen.

**Profiel**

Als **Solution Architect/ Project Manager** heb je:

- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als projectmanager of analist in een IT-gerelateerd vakgebied;
- Uitstekende kennis van Frans, Nederlands en Engels;

- Energiek, klantgericht en hebt een bijzondere interesse in IT;
