Pour renforcer notre équipe, nous sommes à la recherche d'un.e **Accounting Officer (h/f/x) **pour notre siège de **Louvain-La-Neuve**.

**Fonction**:
Vous assistez l'Accounting Manager dans ses différentes tâches, en étant plus spécifiquement en charge de la gestion complète de la Comptabilité fournisseurs de 2 société du Groupe COPAWIN.

**Tâches principales**:

- Traitement des factures fournisseurs (vérification de la conformité, encodage, détermination de l'imputation analytique et du code TVA)
- Gestion des demandes d'approbations des factures, avec l'assistance du programme Dynamic flow.
- Suivi des comptes fournisseurs (réception des justificatifs, demandes de notes de crédit, rapprochement des paiements,...) et apurement régulier de ceux-ci.
- Préparation des fichiers de paiements Isabel (batch + manuels)
- Traitement des relevés VISA et suivi des justificatifs
- Encodage des justificatifs de caisse
- Gestion des factures clients manuelles et suivi des comptes
- Assister l'Accounting manager pour les clôtures mensuelles (charges à reporter, factures à recevoir, factures à établir,OD de clôture,..)
- Préparation du listings TVA clients annuel
- Déclarations trimestrielles de l'unité TVA via la plateforme OneGate (BNB)
- Participation à l'établissement des déclarations de TVA et à la préparation des déclarations fiscales
- Assister l'Accounting manager pour la production du reporting mensuel
- Aide à la préparation des fiches fiscales 281.50
- Préparation des documents d'audit et aide pour les missions du réviseur / commissaire.

**Profil**:

- Bachelier en Comptabilité
- Minimum 2 années d'expérience dans une fonction similaire
- Connaissance des normes comptables belges et fiscales (TVA, ISOC)
- Respect strict des échéances
- Vous êtes très rigoureux au niveau administratif, organisé et savez gérer les priorités
- Vous aimez travailler de manière autonome, ainsi qu'en équipe
- Sens de l'organisation et des procédures
- Proactif avec de bonnes capacités d'adaptation
- Maîtrise d'Excel et MS Office, la connaissance du logiciel Bob constituant un plus
- Francophone avec une connaissance de base du Néerlandais OU Néerlandophone avec une maîtrise parfaite du Français
