**Qplus consult is op zoek naar een Case Management Associate**:

**Wat is de job?**

Als onderdeel van het Case Management team werk je samen met ons geneesmiddelenbewakingsteam. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de behandeling van de zaak en de juiste documentatie volgens de relevante procedures.
- Je zorgt voor de ontvangst en verwerking van rapporten met bijwerkingen;
- Je vertaalt rapporten van het Nederlands naar het Engels en omgekeerd;
- Je monitort alle verschillende bronnen voor bijwerkingen en voert wereldwijd literatuuronderzoek uit;
- Je houdt toezicht op de kwaliteit van de rapporten met bijwerkingen;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de escalatie van non-conformiteiten in de rapporten;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteitscontrole van rapporten om de integriteit en kwaliteit van de rapporten te waarborgen;
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor activiteiten met toegewezen farmacovigilantiepartners met betrekking tot rapporten over bijwerkingen;
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor audit-gerelateerde activiteiten met betrekking tot rapporten over bijwerkingen;
- Je zorgt voor kwaliteitscontrole van andere caseprocessors, je staat in voor de tweede controle;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteitsborging van casemanagement activiteiten;
- Je voert case reviews uit.

- Je hebt minimum een bachelor in wetenschappen;
- Je hebt een niveau van C2 in het Nederlands en Engels;
- Je bent detailgericht;
- Je kunt werken in stressvolle situaties waar deadlines gerespecteerd moeten worden;
- Je hebt het vermogen om verantwoordelijkheid en aansprakelijkheid te nemen.
