Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Wat verwachten we van jou?

Analyse en offertevoorbereiding: Klantenbehoeften kunnen identificeren in samenwerking met Sales. Structuur van offertes voorbereiden en verzekeren dat alle benodigde informatie tijdig wordt verkregen

Samenwerking met interne en externe klanten: Relaties met verschillende afdelingen binnen bpost coördineren om de benodigde adviezen te verzamelen en beslissingen te faciliteren (bijv. pricing, juridische dienst, product managers, filialen van bpost, etc.) Klanten kunnen bevragen, adviseren, en standpunten verdedigen

Commerciële flair: Ingewonnen informatie consolideren en transformeren tot aantrekkelijke en commercieel overtuigende offertes Kwalitatieve gestructureerde teksten schrijven met passie Zowel intern als extern een dossier of een standpunt verdedigen

Jouw profiel

Opleiding en ervaring: Bachelor of Master diploma Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring in een commerciële of Bid Manager functie

Vaardigheden en competenties: Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zowel geschreven als gesproken Commerciële feeling zonder dat je een verkoper op het terrein bent Interesse in juridische bepalingen van verkoopdossiers Analytisch vermogen en resultaatgericht Teamspeler met nauwkeurigheid, organisatorisch talent en gestructureerde aanpak Ondernemend, en in staat om een dossier te verdedigen tegenover senior management
