Vacature omschrijving
Als IT analyst werk je aan doordachte en efficiënte processen en IT-systemen in het hart van onze retailactiviteiten of voor een ondersteunende dienst zoals HR en logistiek. Een uitdagende job waarbij je diepgaande expertise verwerft en breed kunt evolueren.
Wat doe je als IT analyst?
- Je zoekt naar IT-oplossingen voor businessprocessen, informatiestromen en bedrijfssystemen op maat van je stakeholder.
- Je bouwt duurzame relaties uit met je stakeholders en probeert hun noden en doelstellingen steeds zo scherp mogelijk te krijgen.
- Je analyseert de bestaande situatie en doet behoefteanalyses. Zo stel je functionele en niet-functionele requirements op om de doelstelling te bereiken.
- Je brieft de development teams via methodieken en tools zoals user stories, data modelling, BPMN, UX-design, balsamiq, ...
- Je ontwerpt en test de ontwikkelde oplossing en voorziet de nodige documentatie zodat de stakeholders en eindgebruikers de oplossing eenvoudig kunnen implementeren.
Profiel
- Kennis en ervaring – Je hebt minimum drie jaar ervaring als functioneel en/of business analyst of een gelijkaardige functie. Kennis van UML of Lean Management is een plus.
- Analytisch vermogen – Je behoudt moeiteloos het overzicht en focust op de hoofdlijnen zonder hierbij de details uit het oog te verliezen.
- Communicatief – Je kunt je inleven in je klant. Je kan luisteren maar durft ook doorvragen tot je bij de essentie van het probleem komt.
- Teamplayer – Je komt terecht in een community van zo'n 350 analisten. Je werkt samen met collega's uit verschillende niveaus in de organisatie.
- Talenkennis – Je spreekt Nederlands of Frans en Engels. Zo kun je makkelijk met iedereen communiceren, ook met je collega's in India.

Ons hoofdkantoor is in Halle, maar jouw business werkt in Mechelen.Aangezien je wil aanvoelen wat er in jouw business leeft, kan je minimum 2 dagen per week in Mechelen werken. Mik erop om 1 dag om de 2 weken in Halle te werken aangezien daar het merendeel van onze activiteiten zijn.Je kan tot 3 dagen per week thuis werken afhankelijk van de fase waarin jouw project zich bevindt.
