Voor onze klant, gelegen in de haven van Antwerpen, kijken we uit naar een IT Business Analyst.
Onze klant is een internationale logistieke speler.
In deze rol ben je het gezicht van de IT-afdeling, intern én extern.
Je bent de schakel tussen de bedrijfsbehoeften en IT-oplossingen.
Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de IT-Manager.
De taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je bouwt procesdeskundigheid op over de verschillende bedrijfstakken heen.
- Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van bedrijfsbehoeften naar IT oplossingen.
- Je zoekt mee naar nieuwe technologiëen, innovatieve oplossingen die waarde toevoegen en positieve impact hebben op de organisatie.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk, al dan niet samen met de IT partners, voor de analyses van kleine en grote softwareprojecten.
- Je werkt mee testscenario's uit en neemt deel aan de verschillende testfases.
- Je documenteert de nieuwe toepassingen en processen, waarbij de uniformiteit wordt bewaakt.
- Je draagt bij aan projectinschattingen en impactbeoordelingen op de softwarearchitectuur.
- Je licht de uitgewerkte oplossingen toe aan ontwikkelingsteams.
- Je biedt ondersteuning aan het IT operations team (service desk) tijdens de aftercare, en later in het geval van grote incidenten.
- Je zorgt meer voor het actueel houden van het kennisniveau van de service desk, op gebied van de opgeleverde bedrijfstoepassingen.
- Je beschikt over een masterdiploma.
- Je spreekt perfect Nederlands en je hebt een zeer goede kennis van engels.
- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring als IT Business Analist in de logistieke sector.
- Je hebt een goede algemene kennis van software ontwikkeling.
- Ownership nemen en proactief zijn, behoren tot jouw natuurlijke eigenschappen.
- Je bent vertrouwd met Afile werking en bent thuis in een hedendaags IT landschap.
- Je bent communicatief sterk.
- Je leidt vergaderingen met het nodige naturel.
- Je hanteert een analytische aanpak en kunt hoofd- en bijzaken onderscheiden.
- Een voltijdse functie in dagdienst (38u/week)
- Flexibele werkuren: starten tussen 8u-9u
