Operations Associate

Budbee is currently on an exciting growth journey and our Operations in Belgium are looking for a new star to join our routing team.
As a Routing Associate you will be managing and overseeing the daily routing at Budbee.You'll work in the heart of our operations and be the direct link between our routing algorithm, operations and our couriers.
Your daily routine will consist of creating optimized routes and maintaining forecast volumes with our tools in order to make sure we have the operational capacity in all of our regions.
On top of your daily routines, you will also play a key role in the development of our fast-growing operations, for example quality assurance.
The role will grow with you and you will get the chance to develop it according to your own interests.
Daily tasks include:
- Develop costefficient routes for our smooth deliveries
- Communication with our couriers and drivers
- Volume forecasting and planning
- Quality assurance and improvement

- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken and strong knowledge of French
