Om ons departement HR & Corporate Affairs te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Industrial Relations and Social Law Manager.
Wat je bij ons zal realiseren:
Je coördineert het formeel & informeel sociaal overleg (ondernemingsraad en syndicale afvaardiging) en je begeleidt de business stakeholders m.b.t. het sociaal overleg. Je onderhoudt constructieve relaties met onze sociale partners en houdt de vinger aan de pols. Je zorgt voor de voorbereiding, onderhandeling & implementatie van bedrijfsCAO's, arbeidsreglement en akkoorden samen met de Head of Employee & Industrial Relations, het HR team & de business stakeholders. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor sociaaljuridische vragen binnen onze organisatie en adviseert je interne klanten op een proactieve manier zodat zij - rekening houdend met de juridische risico's - de juiste beslissingen kunnen nemen. Je volgt de wijzigingen in de sociaaljuridische wetgeving & actualiteit op de voet, zorgt voor de nodige documentatie en adviseert het HR team bij de implementatie ervan Je bent mede verantwoordelijk voor besprekingen met officiële instanties zoals sociale inspectie, FOD's... Je neemt deel aan (HR) projecten waar de impact op het sociaal overleg of de sociaaljuridische context belangrijk is.Wat jou onderscheidt
Je hebt een Master in Rechten. Bij voorkeur met een specialisatie in Sociaal Recht. Je hebt minimum 6 jaar relevante ervaring in sociaal recht binnen een advocatenkantoor en/of HR-departement. Je beschikt over een grondige kennis van het Belgisch sociaal recht (individueel en collectief arbeidsrecht, sociaal zekerheidsrecht). Je hebt ervaring in onderhandeling met sociale partners en je beschikt over een goede dosis overtuigingskracht waarbij je ook de juiste argumenten helder naar voor kan brengen. Jouw communicatievaardigheden zijn sterk genoeg om een vertrouwensrelatie op te bouwen met de sociale partners en interne stakeholders. Je hebt een sterk analytisch en synthetisch denkvermogen maar verliest hierbij de details niet uit het oog. Je bent oplossingsgericht, flexibel en stressbestendig Je beheerst het Nederlands of het Frans. Een actieve kennis van de tweede landstaal is vereist. Gaat je hart al sneller slaan?
