JOUW VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN als Mobility Assistant (M/V/X)
  • Je maakt je enerzijds al onze regels rond mobiliteitskeuzes en keuzes in het cafetariaplan eigen. Anderzijds trek je lijsten uit het on-line platform waarin medewerkers hun keuzes maken en consolideer je alle gegevens.
  • Je beantwoordt alle vragen die onze medewerkers uit de verschillende afdelingen van Engie in België hebben rond openbaar vervoer, parkingmogelijkheden en zachte mobiliteit.
  • Je verwerkt alle nieuwe abonnementsaanvragen van medewerkers en neemt contact op met de leveranciers (NMBS, De Lijn, TEC, MIVB etc) bij problemen.
  • Je beheert de interne en externe parkeeraanvragen en analyseert de bezettingsgraad.
  • Je controleert de facturatie nauwgezet.
  • Je stelt de communicatie op richting de medewerkers en legt processen en procedures vast.

  • Dankzij je sterke analytische vaardigheden, vind jezelf een weg binnen de complexiteit van regels in ons mobiliteits- en cafetariaplan.
  • Je bent klantgericht en communiceert op assertieve en diplomatieke wijze
  • Je hebt een goede teamspirit want fungeert in dit kleine team als back-up van je collega's.
  • Je werkt graag met Excel
  • Je gaat zelf op zoek naar informatie en stelt vragen aan je collega's bij onduidelijkheden
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en hebt goede werkkennis van het Frans (gesproken en geschreven). Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
