Bij VVM/Cementbouw kom je terecht in een sterk dynamisch bedrijf met familiaal karakter. Vanuit verschillende locaties in België en Nederland produceert en levert VVM/Cementbouw alle klassieke cementsoorten in de Benelux en Frankrijk. Hoogwaardige en stabiele kwaliteit van de producten is hierbij een dagelijks aandachtspunt. VVM en Cementbouw maken deel uit van de Ierse beursgenoteerde holding CRH, internationaal marktleider in bouwmaterialen. Je werkt samen met collega's in Antwerpen en Wanssum (NL). Je rapporteert aan de Commercieel Directeur van Cementbouw Bindmiddelen Groep/VVM.
**Hoe zien jouw werkzaamheden eruit?**
Als Commercial Excellence Officer houd jij je bezig met het verzamelen en analyseren van diverse salesdata en weet je dit te vertalen naar een planning, kansen en verbeteringen van onze dienstverlening naar onze klanten. Op basis van deze data weet je het salesteam te voorzien van een passend advies. Daarnaast ondersteun je de Commercieel directeur en Salesmanagers (BE/NL) en inventariseer je de informatiebehoefte van het salesteam. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor vragen en het uitwerken van verschillende businesscases met als doel het verbeteren van de commerciële kracht van het salesteam van Cementbouw/VVM. In deze functie werk je nauw samen met de collega's van het salesteam, de Backoffice en de Marketing & Communicatie Manager.
De functie Commercial Excellence Officer is een nieuwe positie binnen Cementbouw Bindmiddelen Groep/VVM. Dit brengt met zich mee dat je de mogelijkheid krijgt om de functie verder vorm te geven.

**Onze ideale kandidaat**
Je beschikt over mínimaal Bachelor werk
- en denkniveau richting Economie of Bedrijfskunde en je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met commerciële en financiële processen. Met ERP-systemen, zoals SAP en/of Navision, is ervaring een groot pluspunt. Je bent analytisch en communicatief sterk. Verder ben je communicatief vaardig in het Nederlands en Engels. Je ziet het zitten om je regelmatig te verplaatsen naar Nederland (Wanssum) om samen te werken met je collega's in Nederland.
