Als
**Order Management Representative** Logistics ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klant voor het
**afhandelen van orders** en het
**oplossen** van problemen. Jouw uitstekende
**communicatieve vaardigheden** zorgen voor een
**soepele afhandeling** van de orders. Onze klant is
**gespecialiseerd in verschillende** producten, waaronder sterke drank, wijn & champagne, tabak, parfum & cosmetica en zoetwaren.
**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn**:
- Je onderhoudt je **eigen klantenaccounts** door het verwerken van **klantenorders.**:
- Je volgt het volledige **uitgaande proces** van bestelling tot uiteindelijke levering bij de klant op.
- Je volgt deze **dossiers van a tot z **op voorziet in een **effectieve en efficiënte service naar de klant**.
- Je behandelt **klachten**, biedt **passende oplossingen** en alternatieven binnen de termijnen, en volgt op om tot **een oplossing** te komen.
- Je zorgt voor **nauwkeurige**,** geldige **en** volledige **informatie door de juiste systemen te gebruiken.
- Je communiceert sterk naar **klanten** en** collega's**.
**De vereiste kwalificaties zijn**:
- Je hebt alreeds je **eerste ervaring binnen de logistiek op zak.**:
- Je bent een echte **teamplayer**, een **duidelijke communicatie** schrikt jou niet af.
- Je kan vlot overweg met **MS Office**/ de computer in het algemeen.
- Je hebt een **goede kennis** van het **Engels** en **Nederlands**.
- **Je bezit de nodige intrinsieke motivatie om te willen groeien binnen de logistieke wereld**
