We're seeking a Bio Manufacturing Sciences Specialist who is dedicated to ensuring optimal efficiency and compliance in our Bio Drug Substance Operations team at our UCB campus located in Braine l'Alleud, Belgium.
About the Role
You'll play a key role in optimizing daily activities, ensuring compliance with HSE, GMP, and technical standards, and supporting the preparation, execution, review, and release of clinical campaigns.
Who You'll Work With
Join a collaborative team, working closely with managers and cross-functional colleagues to achieve operational goals and ensure adherence to quality standards.
What You'll Do
Support process transfer from lab to pilot scale.Create and maintain documentation for processes and improvements.Collaborate with management to plan and execute production activities.Provide on-the-floor support during manufacturing campaigns.Utilize expertise in Media/Buffers preparation and GMP compliance.Train and boost team members while ensuring compliance with GMP and scientific standards.Interested? For this role, we're looking for the following qualifications and competencies:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field.Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.Strong knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical regulations.Experience working in classified pharmaceutical areas.Proficiency in buffer solutions preparation and logistics management.Familiarity with equipment qualification and process validation.Excellent proficiency in French and Technical English.If you're ready to make an impact in a dynamic team environment, apply now to join our team at UCB
