- Traiter et résoudre les demandes des clients
- Maintenir un taux de satisfaction élevé de la clientèle
- Accompagner les clients dans la création d'un compte
- Répertorier et catégoriser les retours de la clientèle
- Assurer la coordination avec les autres départements internes
- Suivre l'activité des comptes clients (sport, casino et poker)
- Partager et rapporter son analyse sur l'organisation du serviceclient
- Participer à l'organisation du travail pour répondre aux attentesdes clients
**Ce que nous demandons de vous**:
- Connaissance des principes d'un service à la clientèle
- Très bonne connaissance orale et écrite du français et dunéerlandais. Connaissance de base en anglais
- Intérêt pour le sport, le bookmaking, le poker et le casino
- Avoir une expérience commerciale ou une expérience en serviceclientèle ou un bachelier est une plus-value
- Commercial(e) et sociable
