Voor onze klant, een Belgisch familiaal bedrijf dat actief is in de voedingsindustrie en ingrediënten levert aan bakkers, patissiers en chocolatiers, gevestigd te Lummen zijn wij op zoek naar een Teamleader.
Binnen het team van Supply Chain gaan wij op zoek naar een Supply Chain Planning & Replenishment Teamlead.
Hierbij sta je in voor een vlotte communicatie en organisatie tussen de externe klanten (filialen/CDC/CS), R&D en de lokale afdelingen (kwaliteit, technische dienst, productie), met de verantwoordelijkheid over het planning & replenishment team.
Verantwoordelijkheden:

- Team Leader
Aansturen van het replenishment & planning team: ondersteunen, bijsturen en aanmoedigen in hun taak het purchase-to-stock proces kwaliteitsvol te laten verlopen
Trainen en ontwikkelen van het team
Eerste aanspreekpunt voor het team, one-to-one momenten met de teamleden voorzien en focussen op bereikbaarheid en regelmatige overlegmomenten
Coördineren van de verlof planning en back-up voorzien voor het volledige team
Verbeterprojecten (planning, replenishment, masterdata ) identificeren, coördineren, opvolgen en eventueel zelf uitvoeren
Samenwerking met de Teamleader warehouse en samen verbeteringen over de afdelingen heen identificeren
- Customer Service

Single Point of Contact (SPOC) voor de verschillende landen en het Central Distribution Centre (CDC) en centraal aanspreekpunt voor zowel transport

Tijdig informeren van klanten bij onverwachte problemen of afwijkingen omtrent leveringen
Order proces beheren en service level bewaken/proactief beheren

Opmaken van capaciteitsplanningen en langere termijn planningen
Faciliteren van het S&OP process: demand planning & supply planning

Wekelijkse opvolging en voorbereiding van de KPI's voor de Supply Chain Manager
Aanwezigheid op algemene Service Level meeting en het delen van best practices
- Quality, Safety & Environment
Implementeren en respecteren van de algemene kwaliteits-, hygiëne
- en veiligheidsmaatregelen/normen
Back-up planning: Inplannen van reinigingstijd volgens de instructies en rekening houden met producten met allergenen
Rapporteren van elke onveilige situatie aan de verantwoordelijke van de afdeling en meldingen registreren

Profiel

Hogeschool/Master diploma (TEW, handelsingenieur..) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
Enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is een pluspunt
Je bent een sterke people manager met goede communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden
Je kan een goede samenwerking opbouwen met interne en externe personen
Je bent een proactief en dynamisch persoon en kan goed plannen/organiseren
Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een plus
Je hebt kennis van SAP en MS Office
Je bent bereid om voor projecten af en toe naar Groot-Bijgaarden te gaan

- De uitvoering van de interne en in onderaanneming uitgevoerde activiteiten met betrekking tot de goederenbehandeling, de opslag en het transport controleren
- De lancering van de productiedocumenten uitvoeren en de voortgang van de fabricageorders opvolgen
