Description du poste
Le Manager Service Delivery gère les processus de fourniture de services et les sous-traitants concernés, assure la gestion du personnel de fourniture de services et rend compte des performances. En outre, il est fortement impliqué dans la croissance de l'activité belge en mettant en œuvre des améliorations de processus, en introduisant de nouveaux systèmes informatiques, en développant le parcours client et les activités d'avant-vente, toujours en visant la satisfaction du client.
**Domaines de résultats & activités/responsabilités principales**
- Gestion du département Delivery ETP soutenus par 3 chefs d'équipe)
- Rapports sur les KPI de Delivery (performance de fourniture de services, Capex du client, Opex, YAR livré (avec le soutien d'un Performance Manager NL/BE)
- Prévision des fournitures de services (à l'aide d'outils du groupe)
- Envoi des commandes aux sous-traitants
- Concertation avec les autres responsables de la fourniture de services du groupe
- Alignement avec les autres départements du groupe Eurofiber et plus spécifiquement avec Infra Process Management, Network Infrastructure, Group IT et Customer Process & Quality
- Membre de l'équipe de gestion opérationnelle pour la Belgique, du comité de produit du groupe et du comité d'appel d'offres du groupe
- Mise en place et gestion des contrats avec les sous-traitants de fourniture de services (avec l'appui de Group procurement)
- Contribution à la planification Sales&Operations (S&OP)
- Maintien, gestion et amélioration du NPS (« net promotor score ») de Service Delivery
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelier dans une discipline technique, ou équivalent.
- Expérience avérée dans une fonction B2B en contact avec la clientèle.
- Expérience souhaitée dans le domaine des télécommunications dans une fonction similaire.
- Expérience professionnelle pertinente de plus de 10 ans.
- Expérience en gestion du personnel à un niveau élevé.
- Orientation client et personnel.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de relations interpersonnelles, de communication et de présentation. Bonnes compétences de planification et de suivi.
- Capacité avérée à travailler efficacement avec tous les niveaux de l'organisation, de préférence dans une organisation internationale.
- Niveau d'énergie élevé, esprit d'initiative orienté objectifs et volonté d'apprendre de nouvelles choses.
- Forte capacité d'analyse et attitude pragmatique.
- Mentalité axée sur la pratique.
- Capacité à rédiger et parler de manière claire et concise en anglais, en néerlandais et en français.
- Volonté de voyager entre nos autres opérations Eurofiber en Europe.
