As a Product Genius at BYD Wijnegem, you will be a key player in the sales process, ensuring customers have a positive experience from the moment they step into the showroom.
Duties and responsibilities:
Customer-focused communication:
- Welcome customers warmly and offer professional assistance.
- Listen actively to customers' needs and provide information on various car models.
- Answer customer inquiries clearly and comprehensively.
- Build strong relationships with customers to support their decision-making.
Product knowledge:
- Master detailed knowledge of all BYD models, including technical specifications.
- Stay updated on automotive industry trends and BYD products.
- Translate technical details into easily understandable language for customers.
Showroom management:
- Create an inviting and organized showroom space.
- Ensure cars are displayed attractively with up-to-date information.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for showroom updates.
Supply and delivery:
- Manage the delivery of new cars to customers.
- Assist customers in familiarizing themselves with their new vehicles.
- Ensure a smooth delivery process and address any customer concerns.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets.
- Identify opportunities for additional sales.
- Engage in marketing and sales initiatives.
Required qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for diverse customer interactions.
- Passion for automobiles and in-depth industry knowledge.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, French proficiency is a bonus.
- Proactive approach and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
