Dan ben jij misschien wel de Finance en Accountancy Support waar onze klant in Hasselt naar op zoek is

Enkele verantwoordelijkheden die je kan verwachten:

  • Je beheert de agenda van de Finance Manager en volgt zijn taken en e-mails nauwlettend op, herinnerend waar nodig.
  • Je bereidt documenten voor en bewaakt deadlines, zodat de Finance Manager tijdig dossiers kan indienen en rapporten kan opstellen.
  • Dagelijks voer je boekhoudtaken uit, zoals het inboeken van aankoopfacturen en controleren van bankafschriften.
  • Wekelijks stem je COM-klanten af, verstrek je omzetrapportages en volg je aanmaningsprocedures op.
  • Maandelijks bereid je BTW-aangiften voor, voer je de maandelijkse afsluiting uit en handel je directe facturatie af.
  • Je verzorgt de voorbereiding van de balans en voert Intrastat-aangiften uit.
  • Incidenteel start en volg je LC's op, voer je inventarisprocedures uit en bereid je grotere dossiers voor.

  • Je waarborgt nauwkeurigheid in al je taken, met speciale aandacht voor details.

  • Je zorgt voor een correcte en stipte opvolging van alle dossiers, waarbij je deadlines nauwlettend in de gaten houdt.
  • In je correspondentie en telefoongesprekken met klanten ben je altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
  • Dankzij je zelfstandigheid ben je in staat om dossiers zelfstandig af te handelen en correct af te sluiten.
  • Je streeft naar een optimale ondersteuning van de Finance Manager, waarbij je zijn taken en verantwoordelijkheden naadloos integreert in je eigen werkzaamheden.
